Reliable heater control without vendor lock-in. This open-source project automates Vevor diesel heaters over Bluetooth Low Energy with ESPHome, so you can integrate predictable heating behavior into Home Assistant setups. Check it out on GitHub.
Stable climate control with finer control steps. This ESPHome-based Maxxfan controller on ESP32-S3 translates speed and direction into IR commands, enabling full intake/exhaust control in 10% increments. It runs day to day in my own camper; I wrote up how it is used there in this piece on smart ventilation and air quality (in Dutch).
