Hi, I’m Danko Adamczyk — Solutions Architect, breath coach and lifelong student of both technology and human development. I’m driven by curiosity, craftsmanship and the desire to build things that are not only effective, but meaningful and sustainable.
Professional Journey
I’ve been working in software engineering and architecture for two decades, growing from hands-on development into guiding long-term architecture and engineering culture. My focus has always been on scalability, clean design and helping teams create systems they can truly rely on.
I enjoy working in multidisciplinary environments where technology, people and organizational dynamics come together. Sharing knowledge, mentoring others and facilitating collaboration are natural parts of how I show up in my work.
Beyond Technology
Alongside my technical career, I’m active as a breath coach. Personal growth and balance between hard and soft skills play a central role in my life and work.
In my free time, I explore healthy living climate and smart automation in small, off-grid spaces — using the conversion of a vintage camper as my hands-on testbed for craftsmanship, self-sufficiency and simplicity. A beautiful counterbalance to my digital work.
Whether I’m architecting software or holding space for a breath-circel, my intention is the same: to create clarity, trust and sustainable progress.

Developing their in-house platform for digital Legionella risk management — from risk analysis and maintenance planning to asset management of tap points.

Built Flux, an in-house intelligent data warehousing platform, and a webshop for medical supplies.

Helped this scale-up grow from 30 employees to 200+ worldwide, moving from a monolith codebase and waterfall planning to several agile engineering teams. Gained PSM I certification; scrum master and team lead for several teams.
